Excellent
An excellent tour of Westminster Abbey and then around Buckingham Palace. Our tour guide was fantastic, Jackie I believe her name was. She had so many tidbits of information and was always watching for the group to make sure we were all in sync. She was getting married a week later, and I wish her all the best

We had a wonderful tour with guide, Fia. There were 8 of us ranging in age from 4 to 72 and everyone enjoyed the tour. Our little 7 year old is sometimes difficult on tours and Fia made sure that she gave him jobs like holding the sign to keep him engaged. It is A LOT of walking but everyone did great! We had a hip carrier for the 4 year old and we used it for 2 of the longer walking portions.

Fia was an amazing and knowledgeable guide! It was a perfect tour and a memorable day. We highly recommend this tour.

Excellent
David was a great guide, knowledgeable but didnt inundate us with talking. We had some older people on the tour who struggled with the amount of walking (approx. 20,000 steps) and stair climbing required. That aspect should probably should be noted prominently in the tour description.

FAQs

Can I take a bag into Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London?
Yes, but only small bags. Please note that for security reasons your bags will also be checked before you enter. Here is a list of prohibited items: Sharp items e.g. knives (including Swiss army knives) scissors, cutlery and screwdrivers Paint spray Padlocks, chains and climbing gear Items that make a noise (e.g. whistles) Banners, placards and flags Liquids that are not in sealable containers
Is the Guard Change ceremony happening the day of my tour?
Please note there is no Changing of the Guard ceremony on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. It may also be subject to cancellation at any time it's scheduled to happen during the week. In this event, you will get to see the Horse Guards Parade (an arguably more impressive ceremony!) and the Ceremony of the Word at the Tower of London.
Can I take pictures in Westminster Abbey?
No. You are not allowed to take any photos while inside the Abbey. If you want a picture of the interior, you have to buy a postcard in the gift shop.
